Senior ITSM Engineer

We're looking for a Senior ITSM Engineer to join a dynamic project team supporting the rollout and ongoing development of a new IT Service Management (ITSM) solution for a well-known organisationin Zurich .

This is a great opportunity to take on a key technical role in an active implementation project with real impact across core ITSM processes.

What You'll Do

• Drive the implementation of a new ITSM platform (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Ivanti, BMC Remedy)
• Develop and enhance ITSM processes: Incident, Change, Service Request, and Configuration Management
• Automate workflows using PowerShell, SQL, and other scripting tools
• Maintain and expand the CMDB , ensuring data integrity and structure
• Manage data imports from source systems and optimize interfaces
• Act as a trusted partner to the team and grow into a go-to expert for ITSM topics
