Senior IT Technician

The Board of Directors of the Romero Catholic Academy Trust are seeking to appoint two Senior IT Technicians to support schools within Romero Catholic Academy Trust.

The post holders will provide assistance/support to the IT team, teaching staff, support staff and pupils and provide day-to-day technical support to the end users, including teaching staff, support staff and pupils. The successful candidates will respond to support requests in a professional and approachable manner, assisting with the use of hardware, software and systems to ensure teaching, learning and administrative activities are not disrupted. Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve issues efficiently and escalating more complex problems when required.
