About the role

An established Managed Services Provider (MSP) is seeking a hands‑on Senior IT Technician to join its technical team. This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional who enjoys working across multiple client environments, solving complex technical issues, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

The successful candidate will provide both proactive maintenance and reactive support across desktop, server, cloud, and network environments while delivering exceptional customer service to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, migrate, and upgrade Windows Server environments.
• Administer Active Directory, including users, groups, organisational units, DNS, and Group Policy.
