Senior IT Technican

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented IT Technician with proven experience in the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting hotel IT infrastructure, property management systems, point-of-sale systems, and back-office technologies. Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server environments (2008–2022), Active Directory, networking, and hospitality platforms such as Symphony POS and Opera PMS is essential.

This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide responsive support in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
