We're looking for a Senior IT Systems & Automation Specialist to join our IT team in Helsinki. This is a hybrid role where you will run the day-to-day IT operations and systems administration while also driving workflow automation using n8n and AI-enabled tooling. The goal is to reduce manual work, improve reliability, and streamline onboarding, offboarding, and internal operations. 

In this role, you will…

• Own the transition from manual IT operations to scalable automation, spending the majority of your time architecting smart workflows.
• Engineer the Internal Engine by using n8n and AI-enabled tools to eliminate manual bottlenecks across HR, Finance, and Legal.
• Empower our global team by ensuring our internal systems are reliable, secure, and friction-free, setting the standard for internal IT excellence.
