We are currently seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer with Japanese and English to join our team in Yokohama-shi, Kanagawa (JP-14), Japan (JP).
Position Overview:
The VIP support technician is responsible for providing in-person and remote technical support for executives. This role provides white glove support and customer services, to ensure the executives are satisfied with their IT support. This role is responsible for the VIP user experience for the services NTT DATA delivers to them.
