Senior IT Recruiter

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process with diversified levels of recruiting and a wide range of technology stacks and skills in the Engineering team
• Build up and develop a pool of resources through current and expanding channels to meet hiring demands.
• Always be on trendy in IT recruiting methodologies and aligned with new practices in hiring on the market
• Get involved in recruitment projects in building and re-building recruitment practices in the organization.
• Take other assignments by the Manager.

• Minimum of 03 years of working experience in IT recruiting.
• Decent knowledge of the IT industry.
• Expertise in and smart command of various recruitment channels, and social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, and others) for recruitment and talent acquisition targets.
