Senior IT Executive

Job Description :

• Provide help desk services for users
• Support IT function for system application; includes system development to meet user requirement
• Daily support users on application system: JDE, Business Object (BO), Saleforce.com, etc.
• Liaise with Regional IT to solve any JDE system issues & develop BO reports according to user request
• Organize IT training; such as JDE, BO, email, Microsoft office and new development tools as per user requirement to increase user using system independently
• Advise users on cost-effective solutions on both system & procedure
• Act as Project Manager for local system implementation and liaise with Regional IT to roll out IT initiatives especially on application system and new IT tools development
• Assist IT Manager to implement Regional IT initiatives on infrastructure, IT policy, etc.
