Senior IT Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on IT Service Delivery Engineer to join our client's global team, supporting a key manufacturing site in Kulai. This role is the IT anchor for the location, with primary responsibility for production floor devices and systems. You will own incidents through resolution or escalation, working closely with both local production teams and regional/global IT colleagues.

This is not an entry-level service desk role. We need a versatile jack of all trades who understands that a production environment operates differently from standard corporate IT.
