Senior it engineer

THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join our internal IT Team who are responsible for office IT and infrastructure (including network) and staff devices.
You will be expected to acquire, install or upgrade hardware and software; provide routine automation; maintain security policies; manage deployment processes; troubleshoot issues; train and/or supervise staff or technical support in projects and contribute to internal documentation for any activity you are involved in.
In this capacity, we are looking for a super smart, friendly, awesome, all around proud-to-be-a-geek individual who not only takes care of technology, but the people using it.
YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
JIRA for ticket resolution related to customer hosting and company issues; exceptionally good communication skills, both verbally and written (part of a global team)
Management of operating system and hardware inventory with reporting for licensing and financial controls
