Job Description
**CTG is seeking to fill a Senior IT Automation Engineer (Ansible / Terraform / AIOps) position for our client.**

**Duration:** 12 months
**Duties:**
• Design, develop, test, and implement enterprise-grade IT automation solutions across infrastructure and application environments.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Red Hat Ansible and HashiCorp Terraform.
• Build and support automations, digital workforce solutions, data models, data transformation logic, and action flows using IT automation tools such as IBM RPA (RNA).
• Design and implement AIOps-enabled solutions leveraging AI/GenAI, AI Operations, and NLP concepts.
• Translate complex IT operational processes into scalable automated workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance.
