Senior IPA Developer - 13 Month Term

About the Role

As ATB’s next Senior IPA Developer, Intelligent Process Automation Operations you will be contributing to a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and the stability of our digital workforce. The role is a temporary 13‑month opportunity with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 1‑2 on‑site days per week.

Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Monitor the Blue Prism Control Room / VM Resources to ensure all scheduled automations trigger correctly and complete successfully.
• Incident & Problem Management: Provide support for bot failures. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on process exceptions and technical timeouts to identify break‑fix solutions.
• Business Continuity: Act as the bridge between technical failures and business impact; coordinate manual workarounds with stakeholders during critical system outages.
