The Senior Investigator serves as a Deputy Title IX Coordinator, conducting intakes and investigations as they relate to discrimination, harassment, (including sexual misconduct) and retaliation. The Senior Investigator ensures compliance with Title IX, Title VI, the CSU Nondiscrimination Policy, the CSU Interim Nondiscrimination Policy, applicable CSU Executive Orders, the Violence Against Women Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the California Fair Employment and Housing Act.
