Senior Interactive Designer

We're looking for a Senior Interactive Designer with strong motion graphics and animation expertise to create custom, rich-media mobile ad experiences. This role is not UX/UI product design—it is a motion-driven, animation-heavy creative position focused on interactive advertising.
Responsibilities:
Design & animate high-impact mobile advertising experiences
Produce interactive rich-media ads using authoring tools like Celtra
Create animated mocks, prototypes, and dynamic campaign concepts
Collaborate with internal teams to bring ideas to life through motion
Ensure responsive, visually polished experiences across devices
Mentor junior designers and support quick-turn creative needs
Required Skills/Abilities:
Advanced English proficiency
5+ years of experience working with motion graphics, animation, or interactive design
Expert skills in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Experience with mobile advertising (Celtra preferred)
