Senior Instructional Designer (Senior Sales Training Specialist) (m/f/d)

As a **Senior Instructional Designer, you** will be responsible for developing training courses focused on PSS products and sales skills, as well as supporting training project management activities. **This is a hybrid role (3 + 2).**

Key Responsibilities:

+ Design and develop innovative e-learning content, including gamified courses, multi-module training projects, and other complex learning experiences
+ Write effective audio/video scripts, storyboards, and instructional content for courses
+ Communicate and collaborate effectively with the design team, subject matter experts (SMEs), and stakeholders
+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Partner with Training Managers and the Training Supervisor to support training project management, including identifying training needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and ensuring training objectives are achieved
