+ Guarantee that the site is ready as it has been requested prior to installation.

+ Implement installation methods release by the Group

+ Handover the elevators /escalators on time and properly.

+ Make the erection of elevators/ escalators using the Schindler methods of installation.

+ Follow up/ apply the Schindler acceptance inspection standards (SA's)

+ Guarantee that the targets of yield are achieved (activity).
