Oversee a varied caseload of corporate and personal insolvency matters

Foster strong relationships with creditors, debtors, and stakeholders

Ensure timely and accurate completion of statutory reports and documentation

Collaborate with colleagues to drive efficient case management

Contribute to the firm’s growth by participating in business development activities
To succeed in this position, you should have:
A proven track record with at least 3 years in the insolvency and restructuring field

Comprehensive understanding of UK insolvency legislation and processes

CPI or JIEB qualification is considered a plus, but not mandatory
