Job Description
This role requires a highly organised and proactive Innovations Technologist to assist in the end-to-end product development and commercialisation process for products manufactured at our sites.
Main Responsibilities:
Work on Customer Briefs to develop recipes within the company and customer guidelinesPrepare samples in a hygienic and accurate mannerPrepare paperwork to accompany samples (Labels, Submission Sheets, Sample Advice Notes)Enter recipes on FDL systemWork with Procurement and Technical Teams to assess new raw materialsFollowing the Lab Health and Safety procedures, use equipment in an appropriate mannerUnderstand relevant factory processes and attend factory trials and product launches.Assist with shelf-life trials to set microbiological and organoleptic standardsSupport with visits from customersLiaise with internal teams (operations, supply ch...
