Key Highlights:
5–7 years of IT recruitment experience
Strong experience in hiring Senior technical & leadership roles
Expertise in proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
Hands-on knowledge of IT skills (Java, Flutter, Cloud, Data Engineers, Architects, etc.)
Exposure to HR operations & Onboarding coordination
Experience in Fintech / IT Services is an added advantage
