Senior Information Technology Project Manager – Carrier Enterprise Canada

Location: Brampton, ON (Hybrid / On-site as required)

Reporting to: President, Carrier Enterprise Canada – Director of Enterprise Applications (U.S.) with dotted line to the President.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year IT project roadmap that aligns with business strategy and operational priorities.
• Partner with functional departments to design and implement technology solutions that improve processes, productivity, and customer experience.
• Lead full lifecycle project management for complex IT initiatives, including planning, budgeting, resource coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure technology systems and practices comply with relevant regulations, data protection laws, and cybersecurity standards.
