**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior** **Information Systems Security Engineer** to join our team in **Huntsville, AL** . This is an **onsite** position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Lead and supervise a team of security professionals managing the end-to-end implementation of the RMF lifecycle for FBI IT systems.
+ Coordinate RMF preparation step activities and guide system categorization efforts based on mission impact and regulatory requirements.
+ Advise on the selection, tailoring, and documentation of security controls aligned with Bureau risk appetite and compliance standards.
+ Direct the deployment of technical, operational, and management controls across system lifecycles, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
