Senior Industrial Engineer

As a Senior Industrial Engineer, you will play a key role in improving how supply chain decisions are made by applying industrial engineering, process analysis, and systems thinking to complex operational challenges. You will work closely with supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and IT/data platform teams to identify process gaps, uncover improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
The role will begin with a strong focus on defining, maintaining, and governing Supply Chain Master Data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability across planning, execution, and reporting processes. From there, you will expand your scope to strengthening the foundations of supply chain planning by understanding how data and processes flow across upstream and downstream activities, identifying where variability and defects enter the system, and designing scalable methods to reduce noise and improve reliability.
