Link-Worldwide is seeking an experienced IP Lawyer to join our integral legal team and lead enforcement efforts in Mexico. This remote-first role will allow you to directly protect the rights of iconic brands while collaborating with international teams.
Responsibilities Monitor IP infringements. Draft legal documents related to IP protection and enforcement. Represent clients in litigation as needed. Qualifications Degree in Law (J. D./LL.
