Senior Import and Export Logistics Executive

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Lead the team to ensure all released orders are shipped and recognized according to customer requirements and compliance standards
+ Ensure customer orders are shipped on time with complete and accurate documentation to support sales recognition
+ Ensure all shipments comply with Emerson International Trade Compliance rules
+ Lead and drive departmental KPIs and company goals
+ Ensure proper records are maintained in accordance with Emerson Record Retention and statutory requirements
+ Provide guidance and support to Shipping Assistants on work-related matters
+ Generate manual export documents when required in compliance with local regulations
+ Liaise with internal stakeholders on Trade Compliance and Shipping matters
+ Exercise Stop Work Authority when ESH risks are not clearly controlled or understood, and support related investigations
