What is the opportunity This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead the seamless on‑boarding experience for large group cases (50+ lives) within RBC Group Insurance, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction through strategic project management and cross‑functional collaboration. As the primary point of contact, you will drive the end‑to‑end implementation process—from gathering critical submission documents to coordinating with Underwriting, Client Services, Sales, and external partners—to resolve complexities and secure approvals before final submission.
