POSITION SUMMARY
Lead and drive Lean and Industrial Engineering initiatives across partner manufacturing facilities to deliver operational excellence.
Design and implement structured approaches to improve production efficiency, eliminate waste, standardize processes, and optimize lead times and cost performance.
Work closely with internal teams and external manufacturing partners to embed continuous improvement practices and elevate operational capabilities across the network.
Act as a strategic leader, aligning manufacturing improvement initiatives with overall business objectives while strengthening Lean culture and capability across the organization.
