Senior Ict Officer (Data & Ai Product Management) (P)

Responsibilities

• Enhance and maximise the usage of existing internal AI solutions within the organisation across all business units, ensuring that they are utilised to their full capacity and support day‑to‑day operations.
• Collaborate with business units to identify automation and AI opportunities within business processes, and develop AI‑driven workflows to optimise operations, decision‑making, and outputs.
• Evaluate external AI solutions that meet identified business requirements, conduct feasibility studies and proof‑of‑concept pilots, and select and integrate the AI‑powered tools into the respective business areas.
• Collaborate with Managed Service Providers (MSP) for AI implementation, define and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure high availability, oversee third‑party developers for AI customisation and integration, and ensure vendor solutions align with ICT’s technology architecture and strategic goals.
