A growing manufacturing company in Escondido is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support employee relations, recruiting, compliance, performance management, and HR operations. This role will partner closely with leadership while serving as a trusted resource for employees throughout the organization. The ideal candidate has experience working in fast-paced operational environments and enjoys balancing strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day employee support.

Employee Relations & HR Support

+ Provide guidance to managers regarding employee relations and performance matters

+ Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate corrective actions

+ Support employee engagement and retention initiatives

+ Manage leave administration and accommodation processes

Recruiting & Talent Development

+ Oversee recruiting efforts for exempt and non-exempt positions
