Role Overview

Senior HR Business Partner – manages the HRBP team, rolls out global HR strategy, advises on employee lifecycle.

Location: Montreal. Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the HRBP team, ensuring consistent, high‑quality HR implementation for the client group. Partner with Regional HRBP Managers on strategy, career management, mobility, performance management, and strategic HR planning. Maintain accurate HR system data, identify talent, and support development plans. Drive recruitment strategy, oversee hiring, negotiate terms, coordinate visa processes, and integrate new analysts. Manage exit planning – reduce redundancies, conduct terminations, mitigate legal risks, and handle employee relations cases. Coordinate compensation reviews, deliver market intelligence, manage position matching, and build compensation packages.
