Senior HSE Inspector

We are looking for an experienced **Senior HSE Inspector** to support HSE supervision activities on major infrastructure and utility projects in **Jeddah** . Candidates must have strong consultant supervision experience and a proven track record in enforcing HSE standards on active construction sites.

+ Carry out daily site safety inspections to ensure compliance with approved HSE plans, method statements, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems.
+ Monitor contractor activities and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards throughout all phases of construction.
+ Lead investigation of incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions, issuing corrective and preventive measures.
+ Review contractor HSE documentation, including toolbox talks, emergency response plans, and audit reports.
+ Verify PPE usage, workforce training records, and HSE competency certifications.
