Senior HRIS Analyst (Workday Payroll)

Description We are looking for an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to lead Workday Payroll configuration and support in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role partners closely with payroll, human resources, IT, and business teams to strengthen system performance, improve processes, and maintain a reliable user experience. The position also contributes to testing, compliance, reporting, and ongoing optimization across payroll-related Workday functions, including Absence.

Responsibilities:
• Act as the lead functional resource for Workday Payroll by managing configuration, troubleshooting issues, validating changes, and providing day-to-day system support.
