We are looking for an experienced **HR People Partner** to lead the people agenda at our Dubnica plant. This senior on-site role is part of the Plant Leadership Team and works closely with the Plant Director to ensure strong people leadership, sound decision-making, and a stable, professional working environment.

The site has around 200 employees, mostly hourly roles, and requires daily presence, strong employee-relations capability, and hands-on ownership of core HR processes.
