Introduction:

Acts as a strategic lead for the Human Resource Development (HRD) function while providing high-level support for general HR operations. The primary objective is to enhance workforce capability through structured training roadmaps, competency development, and performance management systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Human Resource Development (60% Focus)

  • Strategic Training Roadmap: Design and implement the annual training plan and budget; perform comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to align employee skills with business objectives.
