About the Role
You will support our Motor manufacturing facility in Apodaca, N. L and the integral function groups located in Mexico. You will provide full-service HR support and act as an HR partner to site business leaders. This role will require you to operate as a balanced employee advocate and continually improve our site culture.
Responsibilities Develop and continuously fine tune a strategic HR direction. Oversee the recruitment process, training, labor, union relations, and design company policies. Lead and oversee human resources support from a local perspective to different functions such as Digital, Finance and Treasury and help shape the employer brand strategy. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy. Support current and future business needs through developing, engaging, motivating, and preserving human capital. Nurture a positive working environment. Conduct bargain contract negotiations.
