Senior HR Generalist

Eaton’s Electrical Sector is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This position is based at our Santa Ana, CA facility.

**Position Overview:**

As a member of the extended leadership team, the primary function of this position is to directly support Eaton’s facilities in Santa Ana in the development, implementation and execution of human resources programs and policies to meaningfully impact workplace culture, make Eaton an employer of choice and achieve operational and functional goals.
