Position: Senior HR Executive

Qualification: MBA

Experience: Minimum 4 Years of Experience in HR Generalist Functions, Strong Knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll Processing, and Statutory Compliance.

Salary: 30K

Job Summary:
Handling recruitment, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee relations within a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory and staff positions.
2. Coordinate onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
3. Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement.
4. Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee database.
5. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable labor legislations.
