As part of the local Management Team, you will shape and deliver the people agenda, partnering closely with leaders to drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will support leaders through change, develop high-performing teams, and strengthen an inclusive culture.

You will collaborate with HR community to ensure consistent, compliant, and value-adding HR support.

Reporting to the Head of HRBPs for Power Transformers in Europe, you will join a strong international HRBP network - enabling knowledge sharing, collaboration, and contribution to regional initiatives.
