Senior HR Business Partner

About company/role:

• Major pharmaceutical company
• Mainly based in Northern suburbs of Melbourne but must be flexible to work across all sites (Broadmeadows, Tullamarine, CBD)
• 6-month casual contract, fulltime hours
• Monday - Friday, standard business hours

Duties, but not limited to:

• Support business leaders across Manufacturing, Operations, Enabling Functions, Commerical and Research and Development
• Design and deliver people solutions including change, transformation, talent management, engagement and culture
• Deliver HR operational plan for assigned client groups in alignment with key HR stakeholders
• Influence and build relationship with senior leaders and people managers as a trusted advisor
• Support/lead organisational design in different layers of the organisation
• Deploy global change management projects
