Lead and guide the Mexico HR Services & Benefits team for Mexico, ensuring the maintenance and effective update of the employee information in the internal and external systems & portals for the company. Assists employees with benefits enrollment & questions, verifies all insurance and external suppliers billing, and ensures compliance with required benefits notice.
