About the role
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will provide an efficient, solutions-focused HR service across the University, supporting managers and staff on a wide range of people-related matters. This includes offering expert advice on employee relations issues such as discipline, grievance, performance and attendance management, while ensuring a consistent and pragmatic approach aligned with employment legislation and best practice. You will also contribute to strategic priorities within the People Strategy, delivering projects, supporting senior recruitment processes and maintaining an active HR caseload to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.Working collaboratively with stakeholders across Colleges and Professional Services, you will build strong professional relationships, including engagement with senior leadership teams, trade unions and external partners.
