The Parliamentary Service is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to provide high-level HR guidance across the organisation from the HR Partnering and Advisory team. You will coach leaders, influence policy, and act as a trusted escalation point while supporting HR Advisors and Coordinators.
You will work across employee lifecycle, industrial relations, performance management, and remuneration—helping shape people practices and delivering complex employment solutions.
