Senior HR Advisor | Kaitohutohu Pūmanawa Tangata (17 month fixed-term opportunity)

In the role of Senior HR Advisor | Kaitohutohu Matua Pūmanawa Tangata, you’ll provide high-level, strategic and operational HR advice across the Parliamentary Service and the Office of the Clerk. As a senior member of the HR Partnering and Advisory team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a consistent, high-quality, customer-focused HR service while building leadership capability across the organisation.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders, managers, employees, and union partners—coaching, influencing, and providing expert advice across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll also act as a trusted escalation point, supporting the development of HR Advisors and Coordinators and contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team.
