Your new role

We are seeking a commercially aware HR generalist to support civil contracting and fabrication/manufacturing operations.  You will be working closely with the business owners (great guys by the way) that are very active in the business. 

With over 120 staff the business is now at a scale where people and culture practitioner is needed to complement existing HR capability.
