Senior Health & Safety Specialist

Salary Range: $85,000.00 To $95,000.00 Annually

POSITION TITLE: Senior Health, Safety (HS) Specialist

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year

Purpose of Role: Working closely with the Plant Manager and Site Leadership Team, the Senior Health and Safety Specialist has overall responsibility for managing health and safety improvement activities at the site. This is a greenfield site, and this role will play a critical role in creating and sustaining a bespoke safety culture aligned to MacLean’s core values and priorities. It will lead the creation, development, implementation, continuous improvement and promotion of strategies, procedures and systems to achieve sustainable health and safety excellence by reducing injuries and illnesses as measured in the core KPI’s. This role also supports other regional satellite sites in coordination with the broader Health and Safety team.
