American Express has recently launched a new in-house massage room and is seeking a Senior Health Keeper to lead, coach, and support a team of Health Keepers while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate and manage the massage room, including reservation management and laundering hand towels (approximately 10 towels per month).
+ Order and manage supplies and equipment.
+ Support internal communications, including company-wide announcements and communications.
+ Support Health Keeper team members, including:
+ Shift scheduling
+ Coaching and guidance
+ Time and attendance entry
