Senior Hairstylist

Key Responsibilities

Client Services: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs. Perform professional hair cutting, coloring, treatments, and styling.

Provide advice on hair maintenance and recommend appropriate products. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.

Team & Operations:Mentor and guide junior stylists and assistants. Assist with managing salon appointments and efficient time allocation.

Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, sterilizing tools and equipment.

Promote and demonstrate retail hair products to clients.

Handle client feedback and attempt to resolve complaints professionally.

Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for payments and bookings.
