What you will do
As a Senior GTM Engineer you will own the architecture and evolution of Karat's Go-To-Market technology stack. Working across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and interview operations, you will design the systems, automations, and operational processes that power how Karat acquires and retains customers. You will serve as the primary architect for Salesforce and related GTM tools, and the internal expert on how AI and automation can improve how our revenue teams operate.
Own the end-to-end architecture of our GTM technology stack, from lead generation through implementation and expansion.

Design and optimize workflows across the full customer lifecycle; serve as the primary architect for Salesforce and related GTM systems.
