Senior Growth & Marketing Associate

The Role We're looking for a Senior Growth & Marketing Associate to drive our campaign planning, execution and growth strategy. You'll be the driving force behind how Overmugged reaches students and parents across digital and traditional channels. This is a hands-on role where you'll plan, execute, and optimise campaigns with real budget and real impact. You'll work closely with the growth team and our content associate to bring campaigns to life. While our content team handles the creative, you'll be the one deciding where, when, and how it reaches the right audience. What You'll Do .
