Senior Group Leader for Land Development

Tatham Engineering is looking for a Senior Engineer, Group Leader for Land Development in Ottawa. Lead project managers and oversee municipal infrastructure projects while achieving strategic group goals.
This role entails managing a team and ensuring effective planning, design, and construction inspection for various infrastructure projects. As a Senior Engineer, you will lead business development, mentor staff, and enhance the team's capabilities. Collaborate with other group leaders, develop business plans, and navigate project opportunities to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate updates and strategies to the Senior Manager
• Develop and execute quarterly business plans for group expansion
• Monitor Project Managers' budgets and project schedules
• Lead, mentor, and motivate group members
• Identify project opportunities and prepare work proposals
