Job Description

Nelson Permanent Placements is looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee groundworks on a New Build Homes Development site in Brackley (NN13). This position requires a balance of technical expertise and client-facing skills, where you'll be responsible for managing project delivery in terms of quality, cost, and programme. 
The ideal candidate must hold a CSCS Card, SMSTS Certificate, and First Aid Certificate, and have a Civil Engineering background with a minimum of 5 years' experience in site management. 
This role is a contract for 14 weeks, with a daily rate of £280 and standard working hours from Monday to Friday.
